Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the Monday that follows. Orders placed by 11AM EST will ship within 48 hours.

We currently offer one shipping method to all U.S. and Canada states/province. All shipments are sent through UPS. Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery within the US. Shipments for Canada could take up to 10-15 days for delivery. Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order. We DO NOT offer shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands or international (with the exception of Canada) at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping is offered for all contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to additional shipping charges. For Canada, items are subject to additional shipping fees ($20+) and customers are responsible for any additional duty and freight fees.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos will result in error, thus having to automatically cancel your order and refund your purchase price.

Business Days and Holidays

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and Company holidays.

Missing/Lost Packages, Damaged/Stolen Items

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the UPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by UPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of UPS. Please contact the nearest UPS to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.
